For the serious homemade burger connoisseur, this double press will have you knocking out perfectly formed, professional looking burgers in no time!
Heavy duty cast aluminium with a non-stick coating, this press will make 11cm burger patties with a depth of your choosing, between 0.6cm and 3.8cm thick. The thickness is easy to alter by just turning the adjustment screw up or down as required.
For best results, your burger mix should be between 2°C and 4°C. Place a disc of waxed paper or cellophane on each of the base plates, followed by a ball of meat and another disc of paper. Close the lid tightly and depress the spring plunger to form and compact your burger. Release the plunger and remove any excess meat from the outside. Open the lid, pressing the plunger again to eject your burger.
When you have made the required number of patties, you can freeze them and/or cook them. As they are a uniform size, you won’t need to keep adjusting the cooking time and as they have been compacted, they won’t fall apart on the grill.
The press dismantles making washing up easy too.
Impress friends, family and neighbours with your tasty homemade, perfectly formed burgers!
