Smoke, grill, sear, bake, roast and much more with the Masterbuilt Gravity Series 1050. A GravityFed hopper holds up to 8 hours of fuel whilst a DigitalFan moves air from the hopper to the cooking chamber and maintains the cooking temperature. The Gravity Series 1050 will reach 107°C in just 10 minutes with a maximum of 370°C in 15 minutes.
Turn the grill on and off, set the temperature, a timer (count down or up) and program up to four meat probes (one probe is supplied) with the digital control panel. The control panel is Wi-Fi and Bluetooth enabled allowing you to link to and operate it from a smart device, using a downloadable free App.
The app works with iOS 11 or higher, using an iPhone 6 or Android 6 or higher and Bluetooth 4.0 or higher. In addition to controlling your Smoker, it provides recipes, tip and will even create a shopping list of ingredients for you.
The Masterbuilt Gravity Series 1050 is supplied with a reversible cast iron grill grates so you can fry, grill, sear and smoke. The cooking area is a mammoth 1050 square inches, sufficient for 7 racks of ribs, 17 chickens, 67 sausages or 45 burgers. In addition, there are two porcelain warming /smoking racks providing another 1050 square inches.
Mounted on a trolley with two wheels and two castors for manoeuvrability, this BBQ Smoker has a useful storage shelf, a stainless steel side table and folding front shelf offering plenty of preparation space. A removable ash bucket and grease tray aid cleaning.
The charcoal hopper has a heat shield to protect from scalding and all doors have sensors to detect when they are open so the fan then switches off. Wood chunks can be added to the ash tray for a slow release of smoky flavour or mixed with charcoal in the hopper.
Two heat and air intake slides starve the fuel of oxygen when shutting the grill down, preserving any unused fuel which can be left in the hopper.
This item will require assembly and is provided with a comprehensive user and assembly manual.
