Thanks to its precise temperature control (only 0.1°C deviation!), the SV80 Sous-Vide Cooker enables perfect results. With a water circulation of 12 litres/minute, fish, meat and vegetables are vacuumed in and cooked evenly in the water bath. The SV80 WIFI can easily be hung in any pot from 15cm deep and can be operated intuitively. With the WIFI function, the appliance can also be easily controlled from a mobile phone.

Select the water temperature in precise °C steps at the touch of a finger, set the cooking time and add the bag to the water. The electronic control maintains the water temperature exactly and guarantees consistently perfect results. This means that every cooking point can be set precisely and the perfect steak is easily prepared - without having to keep an eye on the time. Once the target temperature has been reached, the food cannot be overcooked in the precisely tempered water bath, so a duck breast, for example, can be kept at the right temperature for several hours without any loss of taste or quality.
Works fully automatically, without supervision and effort
A short "grilling" of steaks from the sous-vide cooker creates additional roasting aromas and provides you with a special kind of taste experience. But fish, pork or vegetables can also be cooked perfectly in the sous-vide. Try a classically cooked asparagus and a sous-vide cooked asparagus - you will taste the difference!
